Product care: A water-based sealer has been applied to this product. Use a dry cloth to dust wood furniture. Use coasters to avoid contact with hot or moist objects. Solid natural woods will have grain and colour variations, and will change how it looks over time, which is to be expected and not a defect. Direct sunlight will impact the colour of the item over time. Natural oils in the wood can migrate to the surface – use floor protectors to avoid contact with other surfaces.
Teak indoor furniture should be oiled every few months. After oiling, teak must be rubbed with a dry, absorbent cloth. Apply wood treatments with care, and test it on a less visible part of the item first, as it may affect the look of the item. A range of products are available at your local hardware store, but consider using Feast Watson Scandinavian Oil and of course follow the instructions provided by the product manufacturer.
