Delivery And Returns

  • In-stock items are dispatched from Sydney within
    a  day or two from ordering and payment.
  • Delivery lead times depend on the distance and delivery service applicable.
  • Consider delivering direct to your customer to avoid double handling.
  • A cost effecting no frills drop-and-go freight option exists for small to mid-sized items where the location is attended, or goods can be left safely.
  • A scheduled delivery service is available in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide,
  • Canberra and Perth metro areas. Please request a quote.
  • A white glove delivery service is available in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Gold Coast metro areas. Please request a quote.
  • Full container deliveries are available to most locations. Please request a quote.

A variety of couriers are used to deliver products. Please note that freight cost quoted in relation to WA and NT is subject to change. Where free freight is indicated, that may not apply to WA and NT, and is subject to our final confirmation following confirmation of your final order.

Goods may be collected from our warehouse Mo-Fri 8am-4pm. You may contract your own courier to collect goods on your behalf.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are not accepted other than for defects or as required under law. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Free fabric swatches are available on request (up to a maximum of five swatches). We highly recommend that customers confirm their Product selection using a fabric swatch. Variation of the colour of a Product from its online representation is not considered a defect. Although significant effort is made to accurately represent the Product colour online, the actual presentation of the Product will vary because of the difficulty in photographing certain fabrics, the screen used to view the Product as well as differences in lighting.

Product defects should be reported in writing within 5 business days following delivery and evidenced photographically. Please email sales@darcyandduke.com.au.

A refund, credit or exchange will only be issued once the goods have been returned in original packaging and inspected.

Where a return is accepted on a discretionary basis (i.e. for a product which is not considered defective), the Customer must return the relevant Product/s at its own expense within 14 days of purchase. In such a case, the Supplier will charge a restocking fee equivalent to 15% of the returned Product, which will be deducted from any refund amount.
