We use Australia Post to deliver our retail orders, you can choose between a standard or express service. The cost is calculated at the checkout and is determined by the weight and number of the products that you have ordered. If you are considering to order a large amount then it may be cheaper to use Star Track Express, please contact us at email@example.com and we can give you a quote.
Please note the freight cost quoted is subject to change for WA and NT.
If you would prefer to use your own courier please let us know as we are happy to arrange.
We will dispatch all orders received before 12pm that same day and should there be any delays we will notify you within 24 hours.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns must be pre-authorised and pending inspection, a refund, credit or exchange will be issued to you. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org should you wish to obtain authorisation to return a product stating the reason for the return request.
We do not accept returns based on not being happy with a purchase. If you receive a product in good condition and working order then a return cannot be arranged as a result of not liking the product.
We can only accept a claim for damaged goods received within 7 days of receiving the goods. Refunds, Credits or Exchanges for faulty goods will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds or replacements for faulty goods will only be valid if you have the original packaging of the item you have purchased and please ensure a copy of your invoice is included with the returned product.
The delivery fee is non-refundable unless a product is deemed damaged or faulty once the product has been received back by our warehouse and inspected.
