We aim to dispatch all orders received for products in stock, within 2 business days.
We use a variety of couriers to deliver the product. Please note that the freight cost quoted is subject to change for WA and NT.
You may also collect goods from our warehouse Mo-Fri 8am to 4pm. You may also contract your own courier to collect goods.
Returns and Exchanges
We can only accept a claim for damaged goods if submitted within 7 days of delivery of the goods.
Returns must be pre-authorised. Please email email@example.com stating the defect and attaching a photo if possible. A refund, credit or exchange will be issued once the goods have been returned in original packaging and inspected.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
