A variety of couriers are used to deliver products. Please note that freight cost quoted in relation to WA and NT is subject to change.
Goods may be collected from our warehouse Mo-Fri 8am-4pm. You may contract your own courier to collect goods on your behalf.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns are not accepted other than for defects or as required under law. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Free fabric swatches are available on request (up to a maximum of five swatches). We highly recommend that customers confirm their Product selection using a fabric swatch. Variation of the colour of a Product from its online representation is not considered a defect. Although significant effort is made to accurately represent the Product colour online, the actual presentation of the Product will vary because of the difficulty in photographing certain fabrics, the screen used to view the Product as well as differences in lighting.
Product defects should be reported in writing within 5 business days following delivery and evidenced photographically. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
A refund, credit or exchange will only be issued once the goods have been returned in original packaging and inspected.
Where a return is accepted on a discretionary basis (i.e. for a product which is not considered defective), the Customer must return the relevant Product/s at its own expense within 14 days of purchase. In such a case, the Supplier will charge a restocking fee equivalent to 15% of the returned Product, which will be deducted from any refund amount.
