Do your products come assembled?

Return and Warranty
How do I return an item if I change my mind?
Change-of-mind returns are not generally accepted, but may be approved on a discretionary basis (with a restocking fee and return shipping costs) within the timeframe specified by our Terms and Conditions.
What if I don’t have the original packaging?
For safety and quality reasons, all returns must be in original packaging. If packaging is missing, a return may not be accepted.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes — you may exchange your purchase for another product of equal or greater value, subject to availability. Additional shipping or handling fees may apply.
What if my product is faulty or damaged?

How do I cancel my order?

Why might my order be cancelled by Darcy & Duke?
Occasionally, an order may be cancelled due to discontinued items, stock discrepancies, or pricing errors. In all cases, you’ll be promptly notified and refunded or credited.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on stock levels and your location. In-stock items are usually dispatched within a few business days. Pre-order items will display an estimated arrival date on their product page.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location. Larger or remote deliveries may incur additional fees.
Do you deliver outside Australia?
Currently, we deliver within Australia only. For international projects or special arrangements, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Can you deliver to a PO Box or parcel locker?
No — as our furniture and décor items are often large or fragile, deliveries require a street address and a signature upon receipt.
Can I use my own courier for delivery?
You may use your own courier; however, please note we cannot accept liability for any transit damage when doing so.
What does standard delivery include?
Standard delivery is a ground-floor drop-off service. In select areas, premium delivery options (such as room placement or assembly) may be available for an additional fee.
Can I reschedule my delivery?
Yes — you can reschedule your delivery if you notify us or the courier before your scheduled window. A re-delivery fee may apply for last-minute changes.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
If no one is available to receive the delivery, your order may be returned to our warehouse. You will then need to arrange a re-delivery, which may incur an additional fee.
