At Darcy & Duke, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to review our Damages & Returns policy.
Returns

Returns are only accepted for defective products or where required under Australian Consumer Law.

To help you choose with confidence, we offer free fabric swatches on request (up to five per customer). Please note that slight colour variations between the swatch or online images and the final product are normal and not considered defects.
Reporting a Defect

If your product is defective, please report it in writing within 5 business days of delivery and include photographs to support your claim.

Once a defect is confirmed, you will be asked to return the product in its original packaging. We will then provide either a replacement or a refund for the product cost.
Non-Defective Returns

In some cases, we may accept returns for non-defective items at our discretion.

Customers must return the product within 14 days at their own expense.

A 15% restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from the refund.
Delivery & Inspection

All products should be inspected upon delivery. Any damage during transit by our approved carrier should be noted immediately, and we must be notified within 5 business days.

Products damaged in transit by a customer-nominated carrier are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty

All products come with a 12-month structural warranty (unless otherwise specified). This warranty covers faults in the product’s structure under normal use but does not cover:

Wear and tear, improper use, abuse, or commercial/rental use.

Natural variations in organic materials (e.g., wood or leather) or minor differences in colour, touch, or dimensions.

We recommend carefully reviewing your product selections before purchase and taking all reasonable care when handling and using your items to ensure they remain in perfect condition.
